INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE USE OF COOKIES
The Lucky Design websites use cookies and similar technologies to ensure site procedures work properly and to enhance the users’ experience with online applications. This document provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, including how they are used by Lucky Design and how to manage them.
DEFINITIONS
Cookies are small groups of text (comprising letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information about the customer (through the browser) which can be reused either during the visit to the site (session cookies) or when the customer returns, even days later (persistent cookies). Cookies, based on the user’s preferences, are stored by the individual browser on the specific device being used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
TYPES OF COOKIES
Cookies can be broken down into various categories based on their characteristics and use:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential in order for the Lucky Design websites to work properly and they are used to manage login and access to reserved features on the site. The cookies only last as long as the browsing session (when the browser is closed, the cookies are deleted). If you disable the cookies, you may not be able to use all the services which are accessible after logging in. The public part of the Lucky Design websites normally remains usable.
- Analysis and performance cookies. Cookies are used to collect and analyse website traffic and use of the site (data remains anonymous). Although the user is not identified, these cookies detect, for example, whether the same user comes back to the site at other times. They also allow the system to be monitored and performance and usability to be enhanced. These cookies may be disabled without loosing any features.
- Profiling cookies. These permanent cookies are used to track the user’s preferences (anonymously or otherwise) and enhance their browsing experience.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
When visiting a website you may receive cookies from the site you are browsing ("proprietary cookies") or from websites managed by other organisations ("third parties").
The presence of plugins enables cookies to be sent to and received from all the sites managed by third parties. The way in which the information collected by these third parties is handled is outlined in the relative information notices, to which we recommend you refer. For greater transparency and convenience, the links to the various information notices are given below, together with explanations of how to manage cookies.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The Lucky Design websites also include certain components sent by Google Analytics, which is a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Also in this case, the cookies are of the third-party kind and are collected and managed anonymously in order to monitor and enhance host site performance (performance cookie).
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect and analyse information, anonymously, concerning user behaviour for Lucky Design websites (including the user’s IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes it in order to prepare reports for the Lucky Design technicians on the activities carried out on the said websites. This site uses the Google analysis tool (without allowing third parties to do so) in order to monitor or collect personal identification information. Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held thereby, nor does it attempt to link an IP address with the identity of a user. Google may also pass on this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties are processing the information on Google's behalf.

You can selectively disable Google Analytics’ activities by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on your browser. To disable Google Analytics, please see the link below:

PROFILING COOKIES
No profiling cookies are used.
COOKIE LIFETIME
Some cookies (session cookies) only remain active until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies "outlive" the closure of the browser and remain available in future visits.
These cookies are known as “persistent” cookies and their lifetime is established by the server when they are created. In some cases, an end of the lifetime is set, while in others, the lifetime is unlimited.
Lucky Design does not use persistent cookies.
However, when navigating through the Lucky Design websites, you may interact with third-party sites which create or modify permanent and profiling cookies.
COOKIE MANAGEMENT
Users can enable or disable cookies with the settings on their browser.
Careful! If you disable all or part of the technical cookies you may not be able to use all the features of the site reserved for registered users. The public content, on the other hand, can still be used even when the cookies are completely disabled.
Disabling "third party" cookies does not affect site navigation in any way.
This setting can be set specifically for different websites and web applications. What is more, the best browsers allow you to set different settings for proprietary cookies and for third-party cookies.
